अशा कठोर क्षणां साठी जपून ठेवावे ते गोड क्षण,

दुःखाच्या वेळेस आणि विरहाच्या वेदनेत,

समजुत काढावयास होते ह्यांचीच मग मदत,

Ever since I saw you I knew you are the one for me,
Every thing you do seems so very pleasant to me.

I love the way you walk and talk, and go about your way.
That charm is so touching that it won't leave me just away.

I know that I love you more than anything in this world.

Metaphorically speaking

My world came crashing down,
the earth crumbling under my feet.
The quaking earth just said,
I am letting crash your dreams.

I love my life I said,
don't bring it down on me.
The cracking earth just said,
I am sorry but it's the fate of thee.

With tears in my mind,
and solitude on me.
I decided to use my strength now,
to build my world as it had been.

But things are different now,
it may never be the same.
Coz I have lost something so very dear,
that treasure which can none replace.

But life so has to move ahead,
you can't just cling on to the past.
It will come back again to you,
if it was truly meant to last.

Some day if the earth realized,
how vain it had then been.

Morning Dreams

Just today I saw you, walk into my dreams.
Dreams that had so long back, deserted my sleep.

My dreams are the reflection, of things that I long for.
That part of life I wanted, which was so near but so far.

I wake up to reality, to realize it's just a dream.
But this is what I want now, to persist beyond that sleep.

The hope that I can be with you, again if I close my eyes.
Makes me want those moments, when sleep just cometh by.

I want those lovely moments, which now just lie in my dreams.
To be there in reality, by my side till eternity.

The knowledge that quite so often, my dreams have turned to be real.
Feels like the light which people say, is the brighter end of the tunnel.

Heartbreak

I don't regret that I loved you,
(B)Coz loved you really I did.
But sad that it ever hurt you,
(B)Coz I din't mean it for such a sin.

Why sad I was I asked me?
I don't know what happened said myself.
(B)Coz I hadn't said a word to her still,
Was so sharp my very silence.

I would have understood,
if you would have torn it in front of me.
My letter of love after I gave you,
but you never let that happen to me.

The last day when I was leaving,
to go away from she.
I said maybe I should wish her,
the best life without me.

I thank the lord that she smiled then,
and took the burden off my heart.
To see that she was happy,
that my heart would not fall apart.

I am happy that she is happy,
not angry as she had been.
